Our History
Once upon a time an Irish man met a Sardinian woman in Sydney and the rest, as they say, is history! We look to combine the cultures of these two ancient societies to bring you the best food and drink that the world can offer.
Paul and Mariella fell in love in Sydney but always wanted to move back to Europe. The Wine Cave was born out of this move and seeks to become the leading boutique beverage and food supplier in Europe.
Primarily focusing on the many high quality, boutique wines from the many amazing vineyards in Sardinia, we have sources throughout the world and can get you anything you desire - all you have to do is ask!
